What to Expect:
- Independent scientific collaboration in the development and implementation of research projects for the development and approval of RNA-based veterinary vaccines, including participation in the scientific evaluation of new concepts and technologies
- Coordination of sub-projects within cross-departmental project groups and/or in cooperation with external partners, incl. scientific support of approval and marketing activities and cooperation partners
- Planning, organization and implementation of antigen design and cloning, production of RNA and DNA vaccine samples and their formulation. Development, establishment and validation of quality and quantity assays in accordance with relevant regulations Ensuring documentation, data quality and reporting
- Taking responsibility for specific topics and methods in the laboratory including guidance of technical staff

What You Should Bring:
- You have a degree in biology, biotechnology, veterinary medicine, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have experience in a pharmaceutical environment and comprehensive knowledge of biotechnological processes
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English
- You possess strong analytical and organizational skills, along with communication and teamwork abilities
- You work reliably, flexibly, and responsibly, and you enjoy being part of international teams
